Most likely in my opinion: smaller (maybe less quality) PCs for those who're suspended right now, bigger (maybe higher quality) PCs for houses past Beta Bridge. Some houses might go up/down within tiers but a frat like Kappa Sig won't fall all the way to mid or Beta won't jump to upper mid

What does "suspension" mean, really? They can still live in their houses. They can still gather together in their houses. They can do chapter meetings. They can have guests over. Etc.

It's basically meaningless.
