PNMs want to clarify a few things. Tiers 100% matter. the mid tier and bottom tier parties are nothing compared to the dke and elmo parties.
there is a reason every elmo party has 100 girls outside who can’t even get in.
DO NOT join a srat if you are not comfortable being in that tier and hanging with that tiers frats

no, the best, most popular parties on grounds are usually thrown by upper mid frats—SAE, Phi Psi, Fiji, Chi Phi, etc. yes, DKE, Elmo, Hall parties etc are more exclusive, but what you see there is the same rich people socializing over and over again. Doesn’t mean the parties are better, just means more money is there

Best darties: top tier houses

This is wrong. dke elmo hall each attract a slightly different crowd with some overlap.
There is reason 50 aphis are lined up outside Elmo even though they aren’t on the list
