when do you get a call if you get a snap bid?

Sororities may not have more snap bids outstanding than spaces left to fill quota. Potential new members must respond to snap bids within 2 hours. The snap bid period will extend from noon until 5 pm on Bid Day. After 5 pm, all chapters must end the snap bid process

Fake. Snaps go on until they get their quota.
