Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 5.0 I would really say that there's no such thing as a tier system because every girl wants something different from her experience. However, if we're talking about what almost everyone wants, PBP is probably pretty damn close to the mark. Friendly, cute, success-driven.
