Wait...didn't the person say that they didn't think there was anything negative with "quirky" or "negative"? Just that that's not what everyone's looking for? It seems like you just want something to complain about

Kappa Delta - ΚΔ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 1.0 I'll never understand why a lot of people rank KD in the upper middle tier...Is it because they're really good at other universities? Or because they were once good? Because I went through rush this year and there was a general consensus that KD was weird AF and if you weren't extremely weird then you should stay away from KD
