Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 4.2 Aw, c'mon, they're not that bad y'all! Not as shallow as people think and yet somehow not that deep either. They're nice girls, some of whom are hot, who like to have fun. Some of them are more involved on grounds than others. But nowhere near as snobby as some of the top tier sororitys here.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 3.5 Honest post: Huge focus on recruiting for looks during recruitment. This translates to PCs that have little social cohesion and members that experience a lot of internal pressure to look and be “a phi.” Seems like there is a greater focus on status than on the individual happiness of its members. That said, individually, aphi’s are overall really nice and smart! However, there does exist a very strong group-think mentality in this sorority.
