Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 2.8 they definitely bid promise and are notorious for rushing based on looks, but seem to be involved in their philanthropy quite a bit so that's a plus

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 3.4 Upper middle tier, considered one of the hottest/the hottest sorority. There's definitely a good amount of truth to that. I also know firsthand that there has been significant drama between sisters, all catty issues. Very full of themselves, but who wouldn't be when you're that hot

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 1.0 Have honestly had few positive encounters with Aphis. Some are sweet, but the sweet/nice ones tend to be on the far-outskirts and feel isolated since the sorority itself has a lot of cattiness and drama. Know of a few that have considered dropping just because of that. Definitely put on a show during rush and a lot of pressure on sisters regarding their looks and appearances. They know how to put on a show during rush, but the sorority is definitely not worth the cliqueyness that comes with it :

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 2.4 A Phi is sad. I was really disappointed to see a bunch of girls who are just mean. They are fake, incredibly dramatic, and apparently have nothing better to do than talk badly about others (not just other sororities, but each other as well). They act as if they're hot stuff on grounds, but in reality, no one likes them all that much. People have said a "redeeming" factor is that they "mix with the best"..is that how you define sisterhood? All sororities mix with frats. Get over yourselves.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 2.6 Usually get the girls dropped from the other top tiers. They focus on looks above anything, resulting in a less cohesive and sometimes bland collection of girls.
