Probably one of the most overrated if not the most overrated fraternity on grounds. These guys throw maybe 2-3 parties a year. Only their reputation nationally keeps them relevant

A lot of the guys are southern or from the beach. Fun parties and date functions and my friends really like them but their house is far away...

It's funny these guys are still ranked somewhat high ( probably self-ranking to thank). Basically only hanging on because their national rep. These guys don't do jack squat besides like two parties in the spring. Most dudes there are pretty mediocre as well, nothing special
