Hi! They aren't - everyone usually finds their place! And dues are different for every house but I'd say they're rounghly around $700 per semester. That money goes towards your house and events though so it's so worth it!

All the houses are around 700$ a semester. I can't speak to payment plans for all the houses because I don't know but for mine it was done on a case by case basis and they always did their best to work something out that was doable. They aren't that hard to get into but there are girls who won't get in anywhere simply because the number of girls rushing has gone up every year and it's making it slightly more competitive.
