Frats (Based on Fun and Guys) 2025

1. SAE - I like their basement the best and the guys are nice from the few I know.
2. Beta - Kinda stuck up guys but very nice and their parties are good.
3. Theta - Last of the really good ones like the tier 1 frats excited to see their new house but cube was always fun and they have so many members.
Those three are always out on the lawns and look like they have fun.
4. Pike - house can be fun sometimes but also flops sometimes and some of the guys are a little weird but u can find some good ones.
5. TKE - I have friends who really like the tke guys but they have kinda a weird set up and no real house and it’s like you either like them or don’t
6. Ksig - they’re pretty lucky having the lodge because it’s a nice house for a party not my first choice tho ans I don’t really have some of the strongest connections with the guys but maybe they’re someone else’s cup of tea.
7. ATO - nice guys and nice house but they don’t really have “parties” bc they can’t but ive been over and they definitely make something out of a tough situation but not first choice.
8. Lambda - kinda get weird vibes from the guys and their parties don’t have many people at them but they definitely have fun.
9. Tie - Sig Chi, Pi Kapp, Asig, don’t really know anyone who goes to their parties idk heard good and bad things
Unranked- AGR not my vibe that’s for sure but if u like country guys and that vibe they’re definitely for you.
