Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Maryland, Baltimore County - UMBC 1.0 I am an alum and I have to honestly say that my chapter has gone down. I was sad when I first joined because I didn't get a bid from a chapter I thought I wanted to be in..but then I realized that I was mistaken when I started to get to know the girls in my chapter. Recently I have seen what this chapter has come to and heard awful things from people outside of the chapter. There are a few great girls but its a shame that the sisterhood has suffered...learn to have respect for each other.
