theta chi honest opinions

Ok guys could you please give me your full on honest opinion of Theta Chi, I received a bid from them and Im not sure if I should take it or do formal rush. Do they throw enough parties? Cool guys? Any other information you may have.

If you can get something better by going formal do it. Theta chi guys are creepy and really dumb. Look at the number of guys in their house (39) and that'll tell you a lot

They're not that bad, they;have decent parties every so often. Girls are not bad looking that are there.
