Why does everyone think Fiji phi Delt are top? What do they even do

The guys are super cool and really nice for the most part. Good grades and very nice houses too. Their events are invite only so definitely not as far reaching as other houses on campus

Their class is already full yes. Most houses at ku do informal rush in the fall and spring the year prior so most pc’s for next year are already full
