strange noises under our house

lately, the guys in our house have been hearing weird noises coming from below the floors at night. at first, everyone thought it was just pipes or the old foundation settling, but then we started hearing like scratching, scraping, and what sounds like shovels hitting dirt. a couple brothers swear they heard muffled voices coming through the basement walls last week around 3 am. theory is that AEPi pledges or brothers are digging tunnels under their house. nothing has been proven yet tho but the noises always seem to come from their direction. some guys even compared it to the NYC jew tunnels. wtv it is, we’re convinced aepi is tunneling under lawrence. i won’t say the name of the fraternity im part of for privacy reasons.
