COR (continuous open recruitment)

i'm currently doing cor and i have a bid, however, i haven't even found out if all the other houses are doing cor! i am so confused?? how long does it take houses to decide if they are doing cor or not?

All houses do cor, u just gotta go knock on their door and tell them you’re interested
