This process works if PNM's have an open mind and an open heart. The vast majority of the time, women release THEMSELVES from the process because they didn't get invitations to their favorites.

Greek life is awesome at KU...and all 13 chapters have wonderful things to offer. Recruitment is hard...it is one of the first experience for young people these days that is humbling and everyone doesn't get what they think that they want/deserve. Do women want to be Greek or an XYZ? That is the question.

By the way...only 4 chapter took over 55% of Kansas women in their new member classes. KU has 65% of students from in state and 35% out of state.
