They just got done with a 1.4M renovation, house is basically brand new. The whole "dry" policy is just no alcohol outside or on the main level, which I understand. Apparently the new pledge class is something close to 30, so they've brought their numbers up close to 80. They're going to have to try this year, win inter murals, HC, ect. If they have a good pledge class, great parties ( they're bringing the jungle party to KU this year ) they'll have a shot. Nice house, nice guys, just a bad history.
