If this sorority discriminates against and disciplines girls who affiliate with a certain political party is it endangering its 501(c)(3) status? Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office.

Thetas are great. They had a GREAT rush this year, I mean look at that new member class. Had a scandal in first semester because they stood up against racism. Idk why people were mad about it, kinda weird. Some of the coolest girls you’ll meet and always know how to have a good time. Really smart, and some of the only girls I’ve ever been able to hold a conversation with at a party. They are pretty competitive with Chi O bc of grades and they have a great location on Tennessee st. Next to sig chi and beta and down the hill from Fiji. Never change theta

Thetas are really friendly and kind. When they’re out they’re always willing to help people who need it (even if they’re not in their sorority). Thetas are also super smart and care a lot about their community service. They also have a really good location for going out and are next to top frats.
