This fraternity was dead in the water a few years ago. They had barely any members but now have around 30 with more counting for the incoming class. They’re breaking ground on a new house in late 2024 or early 2025. Due to them being unhoused and not having many members, they are closer to bottom tier right now, but will be fun to see their progress in a few years once they get their house. Very bright future ahead for LXA

Bottom tier house. No real brotherhood, these guys talk behind each others backs and there r a ton of conflicts in the chapter. These boys can never agree on what to do and that is one of the reasons they r not growing. It’s literally a civil war in this fraternity. I don’t see them lasting much longer, I’ll give them about 2-4 years left. They’re probably going to go through the same as Kap Sig where a bunch of guys left the house and then another guy went dumpster diving to find a bottle of alcohol just to kick some other guy out

I’ve been hearing abt these guys but I’ve never even seen them. I’m pretty sure they throw no events or parties and that basically sums up this whole fraternity. They also don’t have a house which makes the irrelevant

No idea who these guys r, never heard any them. Irrelevant in every way. I’ve asked my brothers and other sororities and they don’t seem to know either
