this is a house that is self ranked . there’s just no way this is #1 ranked frat. while they might seem cool and have a nice house, there’s much better options when rushing considering there’s tons of frats at Ku

This house is the perfect example of a mid tier house. They aren’t a top frat like Greek rank says. The only reason they are 1 is bcs of their self ranking. They are better than fraternities like kap sig, triangle, DU but not better than Beta. They should be ranked around places 3-8. The guys in here range from above average to some weirdos. They obviously think they r better than everyone but that is not the case. Not a very diverse group of guys either and they don’t do many philanthropy events or throw parties.

Rank adjustment. These guys aren’t even top 10 and they never were top 10. Just being truthful. Bunch of weirdos who don’t know how to talk to women. They need to have a meeting asap on how to talk to women instead of standing in the corner with a drink. Their parties this year weren’t even above mid and they’re always getting into trouble.
