Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Chicago - UIC 1.7 these guys lame dont rush them if you want a good time. they have to beg people to come out to their events and still never have good turn outs. never have enough girls at their parties and no one respects them.
