why is tech greek life so bad?

when comparing to other schools like alabama and asu, and even uva, tech greek life doesnt compare. we don’t even have a community of chapter houses, like a “frat row”, and we dont have that many greek life events. why is our greek life so bad?

Heard we were supposed to have a Greek row but sig ep ended up being the only one to build their house, idk if it’s actually true though

apparently the entire oak lane is getting demolished in a few years to create new housing
