How Real are the Rankings?

I always see different frats a srats going up and down. But is it actually real? How accurate do u think the rankings are compared to real life?

frats: You rush around and see what they are like, it’s pretty easy to get a grip on a frats rank when you meet the guys in it. You can also go to their parties pre rush and see if the girls are chopped or not.
