letters of rec like really don’t matter that much, gpa does matter. If you’re under that sorority’s gpa you get cut after the first or second round. After that gpa doesn’t matter

what gpa is considered good enough that you would be safe from gpa cuts?

A 3.6 or better is probably safe but it varies every year. The gpa requirements keep getting higher

Grades are extremely important, importance of rec letters varies by house. What matters more is how many active members know you and like you.

Just remember that this is a new process for everyone-srats included. Letters of rec will only get you so far in the process, so just remember to be yourself.
