How hard would it be to get a bid
by: YooooooHi! I’m from the Midwest and am rushing at tech and I’m nervous about my chances bc of where I’m from. I’m average looks at best with a high gpa. Ideally I’d want a work-hard-play-hard sorority

Don't sweat recruitment. I know that it can be intimidating, but if you TRULY want to be apart of a chapter and show them that through you enthusiasm, then you will 100% find your place. This website puts a lot of emphasis on tiers (I mean, you ARE on GreekRank so....), but that doesn't have to matter to you. I'd say it's healthier you didn't care as much. I went into recruitment with the mindset that if they didn't want me because my clothes weren't as trendy or because I wasn't a bottle blonde, then I didn't want them either. I trusted the process, I found my people, and I couldn't be happier. I hope that you find your people too, wherever that may be for you :)
