Rushing a sorority as a junior

is it lame to rush a sorority as a junior, would people even take me?

Yes it’s considered taboo. People usually become closest to those in their pledge classes since older pledge classes have already formed friend groups. Could be weird that they would be two years younger than you.

I agree, plus you’ll look like a try hard for rushing so late

while many people go through recruitment as freshman and sophomores, there were a few juniors who were in last years pledge classes! they’ll take you regardless, it’s just up to you if you wanna pay that $ for a year

It’s actually really hard to drop juniors bc of the quotas they place on srats during rush. You should def go for it
