frat mansion escalation?

Someone floated the rumor that FIJI/KA/Theta Chi are raising money to build Sig Ep size houses on Oak Lane. Is this true?

Yeah i heard that too but if they do build new houses they wouldn't be on oak lane, new phase 4 greek housing will be going somewhere else and the oak lane houses will turn into LLCs

Phase 4 will be located across from oak lane, they’re tearing up the golf hole. Fraternities may be raising money already but it’s a long process that can and will most likely take years to finish. I’d put money on that larger sororities at tech will raise the money for phase 4 houses first.

I haven't heard about KA, But I have heard Fiji and theta Chi are possibly going phase 4

It’s kind of irrelevant bc they won’t be built until 4-5 years from now, and at the rate they’re going now there’s a decent shot Greek life at VT will be all but gone by then
