Weird guys, seem like a very bottom tier fraternity, and not well known. Also a large portion of these ratings are clearly self rankings

I have a great time every time I go out to OX. Their house has been getting renovated so it’s only going to get better !

Middle tier frat for sure. Not as good as other party hard fraternities such as pikapp but still ok. They self rank on here way too much tho so don’t count their rankings

I always have a great time at Theta Chi! I always feel safe and welcomed. Their house is a great time and they have a beautiful lot. In addition, all the guys are so nice to each other on top of being kind to their guests. They have organized leadership and a safe environment. I always have a great time at “The Ranch”

Went from 100 to about 60 brothers due to being placed on probation, and most of their eboard quit. They also self rank on here... Newest Pledge class sucks and is small.

Really weird guys with no potential at all. If they don’t get a decent pledge class this year then they’re not relevant anymore.
