Not involved in anything regarding philantropy, they have a nice house but its so far away its irrelevant

yeah the only time youll hear about them is like the one big party they throw a semester when no one else is having anything. but unless you have a dd good luck getting there

Their parties are huge I'll admit. I've been to like 3 or 4 this semester and I was disappointed.

We just won a philanthropy last semester and are very active in most philanthropies on campus.

you come in last in most philanthropies and you won crescent classic cause it was a volleyball tournament and nothing else lol

They are not a bad group of guys, but what hurts them is their house not even being on campus. They are out in the middle of nowhere and don't do much on campus to boot

their house is out in christiansburg, they throw good parties, but the guys are okay overall so middle tier frat

They used to be very irrelevant back when i was a freshman but i would say they're moving up tiers real fast now especially with their last 3 pledge classes

i used to not like theta chi as much but after they won our philanthropy they gained a lot of respect not just from me but from my sisters as well. All I can say is they're an interesting group of guys.
