They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ Midwest/ East Coast (UMich, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers, Maryland, Syracuse),, California (SDSU, Long Beach State, cal poly, etc.) I expected to see them ranked better at Tech.

Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 4.4 These guys won our philanthropy this years and im really proud i got to know some of them. Theres a few douchebags here and there but thats the same for every other frat.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 3.8 Went to A day drink with a friend and got a feel of the brothers and I was truly surprised by what I saw. I've never really heard of them but theta chi has some of the nicest brothers ever and none of them pressured me to drink. Also the new pledge class has some VERY HOT individuals. An up and coming fraternity, keep up the good work guys.

Went to A day drink with a friend and got a feel of the brothers and I was truly surprised by what I saw. I've never really heard of them but theta chi has some of the nicest brothers ever and none of them pressured me to drink. Also the new pledge class has some VERY HOT individuals. An up and coming fraternity, keep up the good work guys.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 2.4 Their formal had the potential to be fun but it was way too far away and the location (both the house we stayed in and actual formal) was disgusting and lame. The guys have the potential to be nice but when they are all together they often try too hard and in turn are disrespectful and annoying. They are the kind of people who are still trying to be cool as if we are in middle school…
