Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 1.4 Were up on the rise until last year. Did have decent brotherhood, but all the guys who were actually cool were also smart enough to realize the facade of the house quit, and ever since then, they've only been going downhill.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 2.5 Just gonna be real here, its all smoke and mirrors. They have a huge house but cant even throw bangers in there so they're limited to apartment parties which sucks!! They have very strict rules which gets in the way of having a good time.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 2.7 I feel for these guys. From what I understand their nationals screwed them over. They put everything they had toward that house, then nationals made rules preventing them from using it for social events. Also they have some crazy GPA requirement that limits their pool of applicants considerably. Hopefully everything works out for them in the end
