Honestly, these boys are so underrated! They stepped it up big last year and are on a rise for sure and everyone I met was nothing, but a fun time. I'm curious to see where they will end up. Definitely rush them and check it out yourself.

very small and seem to have a good brotherhood. a couple brothers who try way too hard to seem "fratty" and then a few who you will see rocking cargos. One of the three freshman trap houses along with dke and zeta psi but they seem to be getting a little better. know a guy in phi delt and the only sorority they have socials with is kkg

Bottom Tier. A lot of the PhiDelts are weird, parties weren't fun, and rush was bad.. glad i didn't join them.

These guys are legit. I was always hesitant to go to their parties because of how everyone said about the house being creepy... But recently went to one of their brothers house for his birthday party or something and had a blast. Keep looking out for these dudes they will be top house just a matter of time. Definitely get a new house though.
