It can mean one of two things. One: you posted some stuff that would have them question you. DZ is a very classy sorority and usually their social medias are usually really clean. Two: they just unfollowed you because they just felt like it and you're overthinking it. I wouldn't think too much about it. Just be yourself at recruitment. I don't think it hurts your chances of getting a bid :)
