Heres the realest thing i've ever heard about Pi Phi: you've got absolute dimes mixed with significantly less hot girls. The good outweighs the bad by far.

The girls are all very sweet and have a good sisterhood but they are very shy for the most part and a lot of them don't go out and arent very involved.

They are making their way up. Since they are new they haven't really fully established themselves but te new pledge class is hot and they have made great strides so far. Great sisterhood too.

They seem like decent guys. Some squids but thats probably because they're still pretty new. Parties are pretty dope. Great DJs. Not the strongest brotherhood though, they need to work on that. I think they'll impress some people in the near future.
