Pi phi has been in a rut for years, partially their fault and partially the systems flaws. But they are slowly but surely making a better name for themselves and no matter what are always relevant.

There's some very decent dudes in this frat. A couple I know are squids but they all seem to have an overall very solid brotherhood.

These guys have to resort to self-ranking to increase their public perception...I think the only other org that does that is pi phi, which makes sense because you might as well be joining a sorority if you accept a bid to kappa sig.

From my experience, they dirty rushed. Pretty girls, for the most part. Got a good pledge class mostly because all the others got kicked off. Top tier but not much diversity, all the girls look the same

theyre probably top house right now just because all the ladies love em and they throw the best parties right now, plus theyre cool dude. mostly pretty athletic dudes but there are some squids mixed in. the younger guys are cooler in my opinion but in general theyre all mostly chill. the only reason guys rush other frats is because they dont get in here and still want to party

i do not think it is possible to be more average than these girls. some hotties and some uggos, and many average girls. some are cool, some not so much. pretty average as far as sororities go here

There is no doubt in my mind that these girls should be ranked top tier -they worked hard to get there. Sadly, a lot of what everyone has already said here is true. If you go onto their website, it's all pictures of the same exact girls. Didn't realize the chapter only consisted of 10 girls. They pride themselves on being genuine, but they might be the fakest girls there are. Unfortunately, a few groups of girls represents the whole chapter. There definitely is room for improvement.
