A phi is not above piphi.. It's just known. Aphi is not even top really and if it is its for sure the last one.. So nice try it will always be dg piphi and chi o tied at top

this is so true. you can define "top teir" so many different ways. At the end of the day numbers don't lie. It comes down to the ratio of how many bids extended to how many excepted.
