POST WORK WEEK RANK

1. Alpha Phi 🥇 — strongest overall showing. Their Work Week content felt polished, cohesive, and very recruitment-focused. They looked like the house with the most momentum going into recruitment. Clear #1 for me right now.

2. Pi Phi — still an extremely strong Boulder house. Great reputation, consistently desirable during recruitment, and definitely still top tier. I just think APhi edged them out this Work Week.

3. DG — deserves more credit than just “below the top two.” DG has its own identity and attracts a different type of PNM than APhi/Pi Phi. Their more outdoorsy/Colorado image actually differentiates them, and they remain one of the strongest houses overall.

4. Kappa ⬆️ — probably one of the houses I’d watch most closely. Their image/content has improved and they seem increasingly competitive during recruitment. The gap between Kappa and DG feels smaller than it used to.

5. Chi O — consistently solid. Maybe not trying to create the ultra-curated APhi aesthetic, but they’re established, involved, academic, and have a strong sisterhood reputation. I’d consider Kappa/Chi O basically the same tier, just appealing to different PNMs.

6. AXO ⬆️ — I think AXO deserves considerably more love this year. Their presence has gotten stronger, and they seem to be developing a more recognizable identity. They’re closer to the Kappa/Chi O group than an old ranking might suggest.

7. Gamma Phi ⬆️ — another house I’d give credit to. Their Work Week presentation was cute and cohesive, and they shouldn’t automatically get shoved toward the bottom because of older Boulder rankings.

8. Theta — also has plenty going for it, particularly for PNMs prioritizing friendships/sisterhood over the social-ranking side of Greek life. A house can have a less competitive recruitment reputation and still have a genuinely good chapter.

9. Tri Delta — I’d still place them last in terms of current recruitment demand/social ranking, but that doesn’t mean “bad house.” They’re rebuilding their position and can offer a very different experience from the highly image-conscious chapters.
