OFFICIAL 2026 RANKING

Based on that plus the established Boulder hierarchy, my updated ranking going into 2026 recruitment is:
1. Alpha Phi / Pi Phi — TOP
Still the clearest top two. I wouldn’t separate them into #1 and #2 yet. Both have the combination of desirability during recruitment, social reputation, looks/image, and fraternity relations that keeps them above the rest. Pi Phi’s current recruitment presence looks polished, and Alpha Phi remains one of the most recognizable Boulder chapters.
Work-week verdict: no meaningful change — APhi = Pi Phi.

2. DG
Still the most natural house immediately below APhi/Pi Phi. DG has a different image—more outdoorsy/Boulder, less overtly curated—but it still has enough established reputation to hold the #3 position. Boulder Panhellenic has also been actively spotlighting DG ahead of 2026 recruitment.
Trend: ➡️ / slight question mark. I don’t see enough yet to say they’ve either reclaimed ground or fallen substantially.

3. Kappa
This is the house I would watch most closely during recruitment. Based on the hierarchy we discussed before, Kappa had been gaining relative to DG, and nothing from this work-week period makes me want to reverse that. If Kappa gets a particularly strong PC ’26, DG/Kappa becoming essentially the same tier is very plausible.

4. Chi O
Still strong, respectable and selective, but for a different type of PNM than APhi/Pi Phi. More academic/put-together and less dependent on the Instagram-model aesthetic. I don’t see work week suddenly pushing Chi O above Kappa/DG socially.

5. AXO
I’d put AXO next. Solid chapter and capable of having a really good recruitment, but there’s still a noticeable perception gap between AXO and the first five houses.

6. Theta
Generally lands around here for me going into recruitment. Not a bad house at all; just doesn’t currently have the same campus-status pull as the groups above.

7. Gamma Phi
Middle/lower-middle territory. Recruitment itself could shuffle Theta/Gamma Phi/AXO more than it could realistically alter the very top.

8. Tri Delta
I’d currently put Tri Delt here, although this is another one where a surprisingly strong PC can change perceptions quickly.

So my pre-recruitment 2026 tiers are:

TOP: APhi = Pi Phi
UPPER: DG → Kappa
UPPER-MID: Chi O
MID: AXO → Theta → Gamma Phi
LOWER: Tri Delt / remaining smaller chapters

The biggest thing I’m watching is Kappa vs. DG. I don’t think this year’s work-week content gives any reason to knock APhi or Pi Phi out of the top tier. The more realistic movement is immediately underneath them.

And once PC ’26 Bid Day actually happens, that will be much more informative than work week. CU’s recruitment period is still ahead, so any ranking right now is necessarily provisional rather than based on the new members.
