Hey Yall! I’m a sorority coach and through all my PNMS last year this is the ranking I put together working with over 50 PNMs that went all different houses!
What I noticed:
Pi Phi & Kappa had a GREAT rush with amazing results and performances. Record breaking PCs and had SO many girls that had these as their top two! By far the most desired house which wasn’t necessarily true past years!
AXO: Also had an amazing amazing rush! It seemed like many of my girls felt comfortable here and although it was a beautiful option, it felt safe and comfortable to them as well!
Aphi: I will say, I had some mixed reviews, many of my girls said they did rush fantastically, however, behind the scenes was a different story. I had multiple girls tell me that these girls were bid promising and dirty rushing just to drop them which truly upset me and hurt my heart. A lot of my girls also had issues with many of these girls being fake and about 1/3 of my girls that went aphi ended up dropping despite wanting to be in a sorority so badly and wishing they went with another option, don’t get me wrong the girls are beautiful and I think sweet deep down, but they have to be held accountable for the way that they rush, it is too artificial.
GPHI: SO many of my girls loved GPHI and ended up dropping “better” houses because their connections in GPHI were so strong! Truly did rush amazing!
Chi O: Again, have to be honest here, many of my girls had complaints about chi o this year, which I hadn’t heard much about in the past. Most of my girls g going through rush felt as though their rush process was artificial, hurried, and unauthentic making them feel as though they were just on a conveyor belt like a factory process rather than genuine human connection. My girls that did love chi o and ended up joining ended up being disappointed in the lack of events, date dashes, and involvement. The girls truly seem amazing but they also have rush techniques to work on.

A “sorority coach” does not have access to return rate statistics! Only panhel has that, and they are not shared. This coach must be going off of feedback from her clients, and I’m sorry, but I don’t think any coach has 50 clients that went through rush last year at CU. I call bs on this entire post.

Total bs. Rush coaches have maybe 4-5 girls at cu and that’s at most. This is clearly kappa desperately trying to tie themselves to the top houses. Sad.

As a rho gam, no lmao. first, who is hiring a rush coach for cu? i find it strange and inauthentic. second, putting pi phi and kappa in the same realm in terms of desirability to pnms is wild and so so wrong. I love my kappas, but they are always right around the middle with chi o and axo, which is a GOOD thing for them. I had so many PNMs express that they loved that the 'middle' houses (dg, kappa, axo, chi o) had that welcoming, sisterly vibe that isn't always as present in the top houses.

not a rg but based on the feedback i’ve heard from new members in a few different houses, a lot of them appreciate being in a house with a little less pressure (dg, kkg, axo & chi o). pretending to be a rush consultant and listing “kkg” as a top house is just silly.

although this is totally fake and obvi kappa posing as a rush coach, there are girls going through recruitment at cu that have a rush consultant. i follow greekchicnyc and she currently has 3 girls going through rush at cu.
