all the chapters here are great! If you are looking for a more “sec” vibe you should look into pi phi, dg, or chi o!

APHI/Kappa = a little less “welcoming” and not a “southern charm” type of house more like hot baddie lowkey some mean girls

AXO = a lot of them are known to be “crazy” like party house it’s like edikted vibes idk how to explain lol not very southern classy vibe

Aphi: rich dumb blonde party girl reputation. Accurate but most girls are friendly tbh.
Piphi: exclusive vibes, great sisterhood, girl next door personalities but they party a lot too. Popular
Dg: cool “eclectic” fun vibes, like a great Pinterest board. Good sisterhood but kinda keep to themselves
Chi O: kind of bland, strong philo and sisterhood (I think?) but irrelevant overall. Idk what to say about them bc I don’t hear about them. Someone might have better opinions about them to give u
Kkg: kind of like aphi copy just less instagram models. Rich and exclusive (I mean this in a cool way). Party and have good mixers
Axo: what the comment before said is accurate. They give edikted vibes, like the brand. Iykyk but fun party girls that weren’t super out there in highschool
Theta: half of the girls like axo and the other half more granola and same pinterest energy as dg just less cool.
Gphi: they’re very passionate girls about school, friends, Gphi. recruits very similar girls to theta and axo
Tri delt: struggles every year but looks like they got some better girls. Can’t say I’ve ever met one/not very social.

Overall ur experience will be the same in dg, chi o, kkg. Theta, axo, gphi.

She doesn’t explicitly say, but if OP was initiated at Bama, she can’t go through recruitment at CU. She could affiliate as a transfer by a chapter vote.

You are already in a sorority so you should know that you can't join another one. You can try to affiliate with another chapter or go alum. This post seems fake.

assuming ur from bama based on another comment, these r the old row sororities from there and the reputation of their chapters here

kkg - rich, pretty, like to party, apparently a lot are mean
xo - smart but also like to party, lot are really nice but also a lot arent but they generally have a decent reputation becides a few hiccups
axo - like to party, i usually think of them as cool girl influencer wannabe
ddd - bottom house, lots of weirdos, some girls liked during rush but others got recruited by girls who genuinely could not hold a convo for their life

If you are transferring "from an Old Row Sorority" that indicates your are already initiated. You can only affiliate with your own National sorority.

Your use of the term "Old Row" makes you sound entitled.

Also, you will be going through as a sophomore with no campus connections.

‘Old row’ at bama & ole miss at CU are lower tier, defunct or at best low-mid tier. ‘Old row’ there means local girls in the first chapters from the two poorest states are considered ‘top tier’’. Lots of local townies wanting to appear ‘exclusive’ being so important in rushtok is laughable.
At CU and most other schools the ‘ New Row’ chapters are Top Tier here and very exclusive ,Theta, Pi Phi, APhi, DG, in the south, OOS is looked down but actually here they are the richest, most sophisticated, beautiful girls. They just don’t brag about their real family money. Old row there is unimpressive.

SEC Sux- CU has no SEC life, Bama, or ‘Old Row’ = small town, llittle/new money, plastik wannabes here, esp with Top Tier groups like Pi Phi & APhi. with big $$$ Cali, Chi, NY, TX, oos queen Bs here are fr! Hokey hick vibes don’t exist here. CU has Big league competition..
