the scoop on tri delt?

does anyone know why tri delt is the bottom house? great house with amazing location and good national reputation. why is their chapter so small?

Because someone has to be? From what I hear it’s been this way for at least 30 years, piphi top, tridelt bottom. That doesn’t mean there aren’t great girls that have passed through that chapter. Also, they always hang on while phimu and aoii and others have folded.
