predictions for rush

as an active that knows a lot of younger girls rushing, this is how i think rush will go for each house (in alphabetical order):

aphi - will get the pretty rich blondes they always get, mostly through dirty rushing. i think girls will love aphi and want them, but i don't think it'll be many girls number one (minus the ones that have been getting dms from aphi actives)
axo - will get a great pc. won't be anyone's top choice but i think girls that get dropped from aphi pi phi and dg will be happy to be there and pref them above other mids like kkg and theta.
chi o - will get better than their normal pc, which is smart, mostly pretty, nice girls. girls i talk to have been loving their vibes and see them as similar to dg, so i think chi o actually does have the potential to be some girls top house if they get dropped from dg, and i think a lot of girls will love them.
dg - i think dg will rush top this year. all the pnms ive talked to love dgs vibes and the idea of being in a top house that isn't a sec vibe sorority. imo, dg got the best pc last year and anyone that disagrees needs to realize that there's more to girls than just looks (and before anyone says anything because ik it's coming, this is not a dg self rank im not in dg lol i just have common sense)
gphi - with more girls rushing, i think gphi will get a great pc this year. gphi is typically really well liked during rush and even though all ranks on here put them at bottom, ik a lot of girls that preferred them over kkg, axo, and theta. no one ive talked to has any opinion on gphi, so i think they'll do really well during rush.
kappa - i think kappa might drop a little this year. i think the mean girl vibe is something pnms can see and have heard about, so while they'll still get pretty girls (aphi rejects), i don't think it'll be anyone's top choice and i think girls will actually end up wanting the other mid tiers over them.
theta - will get well above their normal pc. i think girls that want dg but get dropped will have chi o and theta as their tops, and while i think they'll prefer chi o over theta (primarily bc of rank which is not how i think ppl should look at houses, but i think we all know they do), i think a lot of girls will still love thetas chill vibe and want them.
tri delt - im actually really optimistic about tri delt this year. i think if girls ignore rank and what other people say, they'll see that tri delt has a gorgeous house with a variety of girls. i hope they can get a good pc this year and close the gap between them and gphi.
pi phi - will also rush top. pi phi is undeniably the best house at boulder (and again, im not in pi phi i just actually have eyes) and they have great energy during rush. i think most girls will have pi phi and dg as their top two, giving pi phi the ability to get a fantastic pc especially with so many girls rushing.
