This doesn’t reflect what the actual rank of houses will be just how I think girls will end up liking each house. Dg in no way will be top house but I do see them being one of the hardest houses to get a bid from this year. Axo definitely could be higher but I think their physical house is going to deter a few people because (no hate) it’s the worst on the hill and tbh I think girls actually do slightly consider that especially if they want to live in. Kappa attracts a specific girl and for so many of my friends and myself the vibes during recruitment are reflective of their rep of hs mean girl and that’s why I think ppl will like theta and Axo over them. Open to arguments on this this is just my opinion at this point

I think PNMs might choose DG over APhi and Pi Phi because they think the two top houses are their ‘reach’, and so will choose DG over them because that house will feel do-able.

dg has more of a chill cool girl vibe where as pi phi and aphi are more of the ultra popular influencer vibe. it’s just personal preference

idk if anyone would choose dg over pi phi or a phi. i think that after their last couple of pc’s they are more upper mid than top tier.

A normal person doesn’t care about that. Most people genuinely pick the house where they feel they belong. Three of my best dg friends had pref pi phi or aphi/dg, went dg. Depends on the girl

im in axo and i agree that our house is probably the worst from the outside but honestly the inside is one of the nicest. the bathrooms were all redone a year or two ago and everything in the house is being redone this summer.

i didn’t love the outside of axo’s physical house when i went through rush but i did like their roof top deck and i think they have private bathrooms or am i imagining that?

not completely private bathrooms but it is only 2-3 rooms per bathroom

as a PNM, this is pretty spot on with how I think my ranking is going to be. only difference is that Chi O is above APhi for me.

kappas reputation is kinda a turn off and I haven’t even been through rush yet so idk it probably depends on the person but so far I’d rank theta above them fs

even tho pnms know kappa is typically ranked higher than theta, kappa's stereotype of having a lot of mean crazy partiers deters a lot of girls who are pretty enough to get a bid from kappa but just aren't about that lifestyle. whereas theta is more attractive because they're known for being more welcoming and "good vibes" esp during rush plus some girls rly prefer to be in a sorority that cares more abt academics.
