Spring rank frat

From a girls perspective I’ll give a run down for people rushing and for the girls that transferred and want a general consensus.

Top houses: theta xi, snu, phi psi, pi kapp, sae

Top tier but not quite as good: sig pi, kapp sig, phi tau, theta chi

Low mid tier: pks, pike, asig
The rest are at the bottom
(Chi psi would be in top house but they don’t have one for this semester)
