who is getting sig pi's house

phi delt is getting it, a phi delt alum has owned it for years and rented it to Sig pi while phi delt was off campus. Once phi delt came back it took a couple years for them to get enough members to fill the house because they’re university affiliated and Sig pi had a lease through 2020. Now that phi delt is just barely big enough to fill it the alum obviously gave the lease to them

Say what you will about Sig Pi, but there are only so many big physical houses in Boulder. Now one of them is with the school (Phi delt is a school frat). That means no beers, no parties, and no chance of it ever going to a good frat (CU doesn't give up property). So we are all faced with more parties in small regular houses (size-wise).
