does phidelt have a chance at being a top house?
by: HahaEven ifnhey do take over sigpi’s current house, it seems they’ve shot themselves in the foot by affiliating with the university - no doubt they’ll be a lot more limited than all the other frats.

The only reason Sigma Pi is dope is because they don't have rules set by the IfC, this attracts a lot of guys that like to throw down which results in sweet parties. If Sig Pi left and a frat in the IFC went into that house it would be just like the middle/upper tier fraternities in the IFC (the house itself will attract middle/top tier people). If Phi Delt lives in they will have more rules than the traditional IFC which will lead them to being hella bottom tier. Keep in mind Sig Pi still has a contract with their current landlord so they arnt moving out as fast as people actually think.
