This is the top house at CU. The girls are festival girls, which in a way makes the classiness factor go down a bit, because they are not as polished and have a more hippy vibe. While they are not very friendly, are extremely judgmental and non-inclusive to outsiders (other greeks and non-greeks), within the house, it is not as bad. They can be petty sometimes. They enjoy a high level of popularity with fraternities.

Best house at cu and always has been. Anyone rushing this is the house you want to be in. Warning though they are very selective during rush! Their house is also amazing!

If you're on this website and you genuinely think this ratings are an accurate representation of each house-think again. People and bitter, malicious and vengeful and so they think it's fun to leave hateful messages and ratings hoping it will sway the opinions of PNMS. However every house is BEAUTIFUL in their own ways so do not pay attention to the bitter ass people who think that bringing down a house will make them feel better about their own lives. When going into recruitment just ignore the rumors, stereotypes and judgements and choose a house where you feel you can be your true, authentic self <3

Very shallow girls, if you get through a conversation without them talking about what their parents do or flaunting their new hair extensions or overpriced shoes - consider it a win!
