i don't know what people mean when they say this house has been slipping..? it's always seemed to pretty much have been the same and recruited the same type of girls for years..probably one of the house houses that has done that on the cu campus

Pi Phi definitely creeped up from just a middle house into being a top tier house. Great group of girls who are all really sweet and down-to-earth; really fun to hang out with. House is kinda inconvenient to get to is the only thing, so I understand why they don't have many events. Don't have a huge campus presence, but solid group of girls who get along well and are really nice. Good work girls!

They round out the top tier nicely. These girls are always fun to party with but I don't think they have much substance or qualities I would look for in good friends. Just fun for the night.
