That's not dirty rushing. COB lists are made of girls that dropped during fall and girls recommended by current members so anyone has access to that list. And even if AXO did take tri delta "COB list" that would mean that each of those pnms had their own choice on which bid to accept.

Alpha Chi Omega - ΑΧΩ Sorority at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.8 Great group of girls who love to have fun! They care deeply about their philanthropy and school work, but are also a great group to go out with on a Thursday or Friday night. They are proud to wear their letters and call themselves Alpha Chi's. My roommate was an Alpha Chi and I met a lot of her sisters and they were all so nice, down to earth, pretty, and genuine, unlike other sororities here (you all know the ones that I'm talking about). They all show us what a true sisterhood should be like.
