This house isn't as popular as some of the other places in Boulder but the guys are definitely the most genuine. Parties aren't bad, but just need more of a presence. Don't hear anything bad or too great about them.

Guys have come up a lot in last few years. Their location is definitely one of the worst but they have a cool house and some really nice brothers. Word is they’ve got a bigger annex somewhere on the hill but genuinely shocked with their growth lmao

Nice guys, just not a frat i like going to. Met a couple of boys here who we’re kinda awkward and weren't social. Just haven’t been enough though.

I recently gave this frat a second chance. Over the last 5 years they have been known to be "bottom tier" but recently their pledge classes have been getting better. Also their parties recently were all pretty fun. Most of those guys are really nice and genuine. The house was also really clean and cool! I feel like with a good fall 22 pc and a couple good exec boards this frat can move to top tier or upper mid but for now they deserve to be moved up to solid mid. Good job on reviving the house from the shambles it was in the mid 2010's. keep it going!
